Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Personnel Development & Performance Management
Managed of direct & indirect regional sales resources (Indirect could be Internal & External)
Drive a balanced scorecard in the region
Assessments of direct resource's skillsets + development plan
Sales Planning
Build Annual Regional Plan (verticalized & local) & Monthly Orders (Wins + Flow) Forecast w/ Top Opps
GTM & Channel Strategy defined in each region
Final authority on Regional Channel Tiering & Authorization
In-Region Account Plans and Channel Plans
Primary responsibility to go after the new account acquisition (defined future roles)
Account Management
Primary account management responsibility
Local distribution branch management (for nationals & key independents)
Maximize customer-facing time
Project Pursuit & Sales Funnel Development
