Job Description
The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for achieving annual sales and profit targets, while leading a high-performing sales team. The role focuses on driving new business, managing sales activity, and ensuring operational efficiency. Strong leadership and strategic oversight are key to delivering results and supporting team success.
Financial Performance Achieve personal and team new business turnover targets for the financial year.
Monitor actual performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
Drive client engagement and secure deal closures through CRM-listed opportunities.
Track and report on deal status, including pending, approved, lost, and signed deals. Sales Activity & Cadence Ensure sales pipeline equals 300% of monthly sales budget; work-in-progress equals 500%.
Oversee submission of required credit applications by team members.
Monitor supplier and client meeting activity (minimum 20 per month via CRM).
