Overview
As a Regional Sales Manager – Adult Vaccines, the role is to drive business impact and vaccine access through full accountability for key accounts and stakeholder engagement of CVMD HCPs (Cardio, Endo, Nephro). The manager orchestrates cross‑functional collaboration to ensure availability, endorsement, recommendation and sale of Adult Vx in the allocated accounts. The position requires strong mastery of disease, product and market dynamics and proven experience with CVMD specialists. The manager proactively identifies opportunities, delivers insights and executes targeted omni‑channel engagement to maximize reach and effectiveness, applying value‑based selling/IMPACT Selling and GDM selling excellence to enhance value delivery.
