About the Role

As a pivotal member of the Rhythm Management (RM) division, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for Electrophysiology (EP) is responsible for driving the success of Boston Scientific’s EP portfolio within the assigned region. Reporting to the RM Business Unit Manager (BUM) and collaborating closely with the EP National Commercial Development Manager, you will lead a regional team of Account Managers (AMs) and Field Clinical Specialists (FCS), delivering franchise-specific sales targets, building a high-performance culture, and executing strategic initiatives tailored to local market dynamics.

The appointed Regional Sales Manager will lead the area of Andalucía.
