Regional Sales Manager – Europe | Solar Energy

Arctech , a global leader in solar trackers, fixed-tilt structures, and BIPV solutions , is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across the European solar market.

As a key member of our European sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in strategic countries, managing top-tier clients, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning market needs with Arctech’s global strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with strategic clients, asset owners, and EPCs across the European solar market.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in key countries such as Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Romania , and others.
• Lead the full sales cycle: lead generation, bid preparation, negotiations, contract closure, and handover to the project execution team.
