Regional Sales Manager

• Develop strategies to boost sales and develop retail network.
• Ensure full compliance with HSSE for safe and standardized operations on sites.
• Recommend and approve commercial terms including lease rentals, term investments, and visits to key locations and high-priority sites.
• Set sales targets for the existing network, lead and motivate the team to achieve those targets.
• Ensure touring of sales staff to the sites and submission of inspection reports.
• Recommend credit to the sites, track the payment cycle, and ensure timely recoveries.
• Identify NFR opportunities on the existing network and develop the facilities.
• Monitor and promote high standards of customer service and review the performance of the sales team.
