Regional Sales Manager

The Opportunity

An established global investment management firm with a strong and growing presence in Ireland is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to support its continued expansion in the Irish market.

In this role, you will work with high-net-worth individuals, engaging with qualified inbound leads provided by the business. Your focus will be on consultative, face-to-face selling — building trust, understanding client goals, and converting prospects into long-term investors.

This is a highly entrepreneurial, results-driven position, suited to someone who thrives in a performance environment and enjoys owning the full sales cycle. While the role involves extensive outbound activity, there is no cold calling. You will be supported by dedicated portfolio management and client service teams who manage onboarding and ongoing client relationships, allowing you to focus entirely on sales and revenue generation.
