Regional Sales Manager

Reports To: National Sales Manager / Director Sales

Experience Required: 4–5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in below companies will be preferred

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Sales & Target Achievement

• Achieve regional sales targets (amount-wise and unit-wise).
• Ensure effective execution of sales plans within the assigned region.
• Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions where required.

Team Leadership & Distributor Management

• Organize, motivate, and lead the Sales Force and Distributors for optimum sales performance.
