Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify, qualify and convert new business leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and decision-makers
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements with new clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify trends and optimise strategies
- Provide regular updates to senior management on pipeline, forecast and key metrics
- Mentor and coach junior sales team members to drive their professional development
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a new business development or regional sales role, preferably within the Sales industry
