Regional Sales Manager

Job Description
Oversee Sales Operations (SO) and Sell-Through (ST) performance for mobile phones and tablets within the assigned region
Manage ST execution for AIoT product categories
Develop and implement regional channel strategies
Drive channel performance and optimize distribution efficiency
Maintain and grow relationships with key channel partners
Ensure alignment on sales targets, marketing initiatives, and inventory planning
Lead and manage the regional sales team
Drive team performance, engagement, and operational excellence
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile phone channel management
Strong understanding of channel dynamics and strategic execution
Minimum 5 years of experience in team management
Proven ability to lead teams of 50 or more members
At least 7 years of total work experience in the consumer electronics, home appliances, or furniture industry
