Regional Sales Manager

Teal Energi is partnered with a privately held client that is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of outside sales professionals across a defined territory. This role is located in the Southeastern Louisiana are (remote or hybrid option with 40-60% travel in assigned region + occasional office visits so must reside within driving distance of the office) and will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth, strengthening key customer relationships, and building a disciplined, high-performing sales organization. Reporting to a senior revenue leader, the position offers meaningful autonomy, visibility, and impact on regional results and long-term growth.
