Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow large-scale distributors and agents across the Asia-Pacific region to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Drive sales of own-brand and agency aftermarket products across Passenger and Commercial Vehicles categories.
• Manage and expand existing distributor relationships, increasing product penetration and overall sales performance.
• Monitor local market trends, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and competitor activities.
• Provide product training and after-sales support to improve customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Manage demand forecasting and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Oversee contracts, receivables, and account management for assigned customers.
