BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION AND/OR JOB EXPERIENCE):

A candidate with 5-7 years of proven technical sales experience, strong leadership skills, and comprehensive knowledge of the water pump sector will excel in driving business growth, developing sales strategies, and generating results.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERTISE:

Candidates should have a solid track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets related to water pump technologies, and possess a combination of the following skills :

• Pump Sizing & Selection : Ability to evaluate system requirements and select appropriate pump models for efficiency and reliability.
• Hydraulic Analysis : Skilled in performing technical hydraulic calculations, system head curves, and flow analysis to ensure optimal pump performance.
