Job Description

Job Summary: Seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager who loves to operate independently and has a proven track record of driving revenue growth through coaching and empowerment of their team.


The ideal candidate would have extensive experience in the building materials construction industry, particularly within the mid-to-luxury sectors and/or strong relationships within the construction community.


Major Job Functions: Coach and mentor the sales force Create a culture of ongoing personal development to enhance sales team’s product knowledge and soft skills.


Key measurements: Participation, customer call completion, sales closure rates, product knowledge.
