About this role

:

As the Regional Sales Manager NSW North, you will lead a team of territory managers and territory manager associates within the region, to achieve sales targets in identifying and developing business opportunities. You will have a genuine passion for coaching and inspiring others. You will grow and maintain business relationships in alignment with Applied Medical’s company values and mission. 

Your responsibilities wll include:

  • Lead, mentor and further empower your high performing sales team
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, executive and senior leaders, theatre personnel, key opinion leaders and other decision makers in hospitals
  • Identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to meet the organisations sales plans to drive market share
  • Plan, direct and monitor the activities of the sales team to achieve established targets and nurture development opportunities
