**About the role**
We are looking for a motivated **Regional Sales Manager** to join our Marine **Sales** organization in **Norway**. You will report to our Senior Global Sales Manager in Norway.
This is a highly independent position, perfect for someone who thrives in an autonomous sales environment and takes pride in owning their designated sales region. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving Autronica’s sales growth and strategic objectives Globally. You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, identify market opportunities, and achieve ambitious regional revenue targets.
