Reporting to the Director of Stores, The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing the company’s key initiatives centered on all areas of sales, KPI, training and employee performance. In addition, maintaining the regional focus on standards of sales growth, profit maximization and sales education is a key focus.
Willingness to travel upwards of 30%

+ Drive Sales
+ Improve sales consistency and performance across the region on all related sales and KPI programs
+ Educate/Review with GSMs detailed business review in the scheduling/hiring process
+ Assist stores with sales recruiting and hiring
+ Focus on driving Adjusted Net Margin
