Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
Manage and grow relationships with key customers and distributors across assigned regions
Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base
Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
Work closely with engineering, operations, and technical teams to support customer requirements
Conduct regular overseas customer visits, business trips, and participation in exhibitions when required
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
