Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the sale of the organization's product and
services in a specified region, major geographical area or customer base. The RSM grows new
business in new and/or existing customers by focusing on opportunities that are in the
identified vertical markets and are of the right revenue potential. Must be able to hunt and
win new accounts, at the same time as maintaining and growing share of existing accounts. In
addition, the position provides input and participates in the marketing, market planning and
technical development of products and services.
