Regional Sales Manager

Esteves Group Mexico is seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager based in Querétaro, Mexico. The Regional Sales Manager reports to the plant director and, for some duties, to the regional sales director.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Manages the sales activities for an assigned region by performing the following duties personally or through customer service representatives. Assures the achievement of the sales and gross margin goals for Esteves Group and ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Will perform duties and tasks under the guidance of the company’s code of conduct and internal rules.
• Answer to customers’ quoting and ordering requirements. These can be delivered via email, phone, or another messaging service.
• Give technical support to customers in need through visits or other contact media.
