Regional Sales Manager, South & East China

**What you’ll do:**

+ Responsible for overseeing and managing MTL sales, both for personal and Team performance, cover South and East China. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and team management.
+ Own, develop and execute MTL South and East China orders and sales plans, profit plan process and growth strategies to achieve sales targets and market growth
+ Develop team management strategy and deploy team resources on sales mapping; Develop teammember's competence
