Regional Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. The candidate will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy, and will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Responsibilities

1. Develop regional sales strategies and action plans: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies based on the market characteristics of different regions in the Philippines to enhance the brand's market share.
2. Manage and support dealer operations: Oversee the sales management, operational support, and performance monitoring of regional dealers and their secondary dealer channels to ensure the healthy development of the sales network.
