Regional Sales Manager(North Area)- Peru

Responsibilities
1. Develop sales strategies for the North Region.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, channels, clients, and stores.
3. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand Xiaomi's sales in the North Region.
4. Implement brand visibility strategies to strengthen Xiaomi's presence in the North Region.
5. Lead, motivate, and manage the regional sales team to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
1. Possesses more than 5 years of experience in North Peru regional sales management for a smartphone brand.
2. Has strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
3. Has a strong understanding of the Northern Peru market.
4.Has strong client relationships with various smartphone channels.
5. Could use English as working language.
6. Has a passion for Xiaomi's culture.
-Remote work position; frequent travel required.
