Job Description

Minimum Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration.

Minimum Relevant work experience: Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing.

Nestlé CWAR is currently looking for a Regional Sales Performance Development and Effectiveness Manager at our Nestle office to coordinate, implement and evaluate selling, negotiation, coaching and soft skills trainings and initiatives for the clusters Sales Force based on continuous needs analysis of Nestle Sales Management, Field Sales, Sales Trainers and Distributors or outsourced Sales Force. To Drive Sales processes and compliance effectiveness across the Clusters and ensure adherence.
