Job Description

Our FMCG client is hiring a Regional Sales & Business Development Manager to drive profitable growth across Asia through strong distributor leadership and best-in-class execution. This role blends commercial strategy with hands-on in-market execution to build sustainable, scalable growth.
What you'll do
Own distributor partnerships across SEA to deliver sales targets, distribution goals, and execution standards
Lead annual/quarterly business planning with distributors (targets, assumptions, budgets, performance cadence)
Identify and drive growth levers: distribution expansion, key account development via distributors, and new market opportunities
Lead execution of trade marketing plans aligned to market calendars (promotions, in-store visibility, activations) within approved budgets
What you'll bring
At least 8 to 10 years of experience in international business, key account management, or commercial roles within FMCG/consumer industries
