Regional Senior Executive, Financial & Controlling - GH Our client is looking for a Finance professional to manage planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, while supporting pricing decisions, budgeting control, and financial reporting accuracy, as well as driving process improvements and business performance initiatives Responsibilities Manage planning, budgeting, and closing activities while optimising cash flow Prepare forecasts, analyse financial performance, and monitor budget variances Support pricing decisions and ensure accuracy of financial reporting Identify gaps in sales, margins, and performance, and drive improvement actions Enhance processes, reporting efficiency, and support key projects and analysis Requirements Degree in Finance, Business, or related field Min. 4 years in finance, controlling, or management accounting.
