Key Responsibilities:
Manage and strengthen regional service operations across Gujarat
Oversee dealer & service center performance
Ensure customer satisfaction and warranty compliance
Drive spare parts planning and service KPIs
Train teams on EV diagnostics and service standards

Requirements:
Minimum 8 years in two-wheeler industry
At least 2 years hands-on EV experience
Strong technical knowledge of EV systems & batteries
Experience handling regional service networks in Gujarat
Willingness to travel across the region
