Job Description

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Colombia S.A.S. Legal Entity is seeking a Service Operation Manager to oversee Technical Service activities in Bogotá, Colombia. 
Responsibilities Lead backoffice functions to support Technical Service operations. 
Enhance performance reporting and analytics. 
Drive the certification strategy for new products. 
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. 
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience. 
Proficiency in English. 
Valid driver's license. 
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
