About the Role

  • Responsible for providing service training to regional partners in SEA, India and Oceania.
  • Develop technical service procedures, policies and standards to improve work process.
  • Facilitator between our service team / regional partners and HQ Service team.
  • Provide prompt technical support and ensure requests are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
  • Attend to customer service enquiries from export countries and Singapore teams.
  • Arrange customer service training with Japan HQ.
  • Process and manage Japan database access login accounts (STIS).
  • Facilitate monthly meetings on Customer Service and Quality Assurance Department from HQ.
