JOB SUMMARY

Provide support and assist Regional Strategic & Planning Head in the formulation, execution and monitoring of regional business plans, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy while considering the local context.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in developing regional business plans aligned with corporate strategy, taking into accounts local contexts (economic, demographic and socio-politic).
• Monitor the effectiveness of strategic plans across all EPF branches in the region. Act agile and proactively to implement alternative actions or adjust plans when necessary.
• Continuously analyse market trends and identify opportunities to optimize product marketing for target segments
• Collaborate with stakeholders and relevant parties or authorities to explore and initiate activities/programs to accelerate the achievement of KWSP's purpose.
