Job Description

This high visibility leader will develop and drive the execution of the regional marketing strategy for Beauty & Home– a dynamic, innovative and consumer focused business.
The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing & executing the regional growth strategy for Beauty and Home aligned with the global strategy for each market segment:
Establish a strong connection/relationship with the Global Beauty & Home business, marketing and technical teams, and align the global and regional strategies that have been developed to date.

Help coordinating and executing voice of the customer interviews and pipeline previews to strategic customers

Identify gaps in the regional portfolio and activate regional innovation initiatives that will help winning on the market place
