Gold Care Homes was established in 1999 and has since grown to operate 43 care homes across the South of England. The group offers a range of services which includes residential, nursing, frail elderly and dementia care.


This is a pivotal role within a fantastic social care provider. The Regional Support Manager will operate across the group, and provide a range of support depending on the company and service's needs. You will ideally be a Registered Nurse and have experience as a registered manager

The role will see you managing short term assignments which may include Quality Improvement, New service commissioning, proactive trouble shooting, closure or specific KPI improvements such as occupancy growth, agency reduction and recruitment as deemed appropriate by the Regional Director.
