This role designs and implements structured recruitment processes, filtering systems, and evaluation scorecards to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.

The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with hiring managers and HR counterparts in other countries to build a sustainable and scalable talent acquisition engine.
