Regional Technical Sales Manager

Overview

CheckSum is seeking a sales-driven Regional Sales Manager based in Mexico to lead capital equipment sales into the electronics manufacturing sector. This is a business development and account management role that owns the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through proposals, negotiation, and close.

You are a sales professional who is comfortable in an SMT/PCBA environment and can quickly grasp technical concepts and process-improvement opportunities across the manufacturing flow (printing, SPI, placement, reflow, AOI, ICT, functional test, flying probe, etc.). A test background is not required , but experience with ICT, functional test, flying probe, or related capital equipment (SPI, AOI, X-ray, handlers, in-system programming equipment, etc.) is a strong plus.
