Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate technical service support across SEA region ( Food industry )
Provide technical consultation and troubleshooting for customers, OEMs, and sales teams
Perform equipment / plant inspections and lubrication assessments
Prepare professional technical reports and product recommendations
Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships through technical engagement
Work closely with sales teams to support customer visits and solution-based selling
Support OEM technical recommendations and approvals
Contribute to product improvement and feedback to regional/global teams
Participate in technical events, exhibitions, and industry seminars
Provide technical input on market trends and customer needs (non-commercial)
Develop technical reports and recommendations for customers
