GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Lead the entire bid process for the Regional Sales Organisation.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Analyze and evaluate new tender opportunities.
• Manage the entire bid process for selected proposals, bids, and tenders: from strategy calls through tender submission.
• Implement bid strategy in close cooperation with sales, procurement, and management.
• Manage proposal schedules, expectations, and assignments throughout the tender process.
• Review T&C and prepare high-level summary for management.
• Compile technical and commercial response documents.
• Submit RFQ / Tenders through tender platforms.
• Prepare content for and attend bid/proposal client meetings and interviews.
