Job Description
This role will lead the Total Rewards function for LATAM. It will partner with the Global Compensation and Benefits teams to build and execute global/regional total rewards programs. This position will be the regional contact for all ongoing activities in Total Rewards. It will also manage the day-to-day compensation needs for the Costa Rica Global Business Services Site and LATAM Sales.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Serve as Compensation Consultant and Subject Matter Expert for the Region including being a resource for escalating issues/concerns
+ Execute Global Compensation and Benefits programs and guidelines using established parameters
