Role Overview

Rather than focusing on developing training materials, you will ensure effective implementation of existing training programs by translating objectives into actionable plans for your team. You will oversee training quality, monitor performance, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve training effectiveness and (indirectly) sales outcome
