Regional Training Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Daikin Solutions)

• Conduct training needs analysis for Daikin affiliates
• Work closely with affiliates and collaborators to understand their respective training needs/issues and make constructive proposals to improve their capabilities

Training Management

• Plan training that meets the needs of affiliates, schedule, and record the training.
• Measure and analyse the effectiveness of training.

LMS

• Study , Plan and Develop of LMS
• Simplify LMS & create a hassle-free user experience
• Adopt feasible functions which caters to Daikin Training needs
• Understand LMS/HRM Systems already in use at affiliates and introduce a unified LMS/HRM system for all affiliates.
• Any adhoc duties as assigned by HOD
