Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field
VP- or Director-level leadership experience in sales and/or service
Proven success selling capital equipment to laboratories or process/analytical control solutions into manufacturing
Strong background in key account management and new business development
Demonstrated experience with P&L ownership and full business accountability
Ability to lead and scale multi-functional sales and service teams
