  Overview 
 Hire Resolve’s client in the clothing retail industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Regional Visual Merchandise Manager to join their team in the Cape Town, Western Cape.
  
 Responsibilities 
 Manage, direct, and evaluate the visual merchandise of the clothing retail stores in the assigned region.
 Develop and implement regional visual merchandise strategies to meet the company’s objectives
 Monitor the implementation of visual merchandise policies and procedures and ensure that the stores comply with them
 Supervise and train employees regarding visual merchandise techniques, methods, and standards
 Create and implement displays, merchandising plans, and other promotional initiatives to attract customers and increase sales
 Analyze sales data and establish visual merchandise changes to drive sales and improve customer engagement
