Regional Voyage Operations Manager EH

The Regional Voyage Operations Manager will provide Line Management for a team of Time Charter Voyage Operators.
In addition, the role provides technical and operational expertise to work in conjunction with bp Shipping's organizational structure such as Chartering, Shipping Optimization & Assurance Teams whilst prioritizing safety as our core value and focusing on enhancing the value of our P&L through thorough total voyage management to commercially optimise operations.
Key Accountabilities
Handle the day-to-day Voyage Operations teams to ensure all voyages concerning Time Chartered vessels are carried out as contracted, within the boundaries of Group Functional Standards, and in compliance with protocol.
Supervise and work closely with Chartering, Shipping Optimization & Assurance Teams to ensure vessel availability and risk management of Group hydrocarbon transportation by sea.
