Registered and Enrolled Nurse - Portland

Practice Details & Role Overview:
This position is with a clinic along Victoria's south-west coastline in Portland, 4 hour drive from Melbourne. The practice is close to the beach and offers serene country living. A well-respected practice is in need of another nurse due to increase in service. 

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:

Administer immunisations, conduct blood tests, and perform occasional infusions.

Carry out basic observations and health checks for walk-in clients.

Deliver primary nursing care, including patient assessments and monitoring.

Work with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

Ensure accurate medical records and documentation in line with best practice standards and regulatory requirements.

Essential Competencies:

AHPRA Registered Nurse Registration

Degree Qualified Nurse

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
