TILL, seeking individuals to for the role of Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) within the in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program, providing families with support, and implementing interventions in the home that have been established by the BCBA/LABA.
This position is $24/hr
Overview
Asses an individual's developmental and behavioral needs related to his/her diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The RBT works as part of a team and receives guidance from the ABA analyst to implement behavior modification plans with the child. The RBT works intensively with the caregiver(s) and individual on establishing structure and rules, developing independent living skills, teaching self-regulation and self-soothing, and other behavioral interventions.
