Job Description
Shape nutrition at Southbridge in Ottawa, Ontario as a Registered Dietitian in a dynamic Food and Nutrition Department. Ensure residents enjoy nutritious meals that enhance their well-being.
This part-time, permanent role involves collaborating with the Clinical Team to assess and plan nutritional care for residents at Marochel Manor. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and educate families and staff about nutrition. Your expertise will help maintain high standards for meals while addressing individual dietary needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with Food Service Manager on nutrition programs
• Conduct nutritional assessments using RAI MDS 2.0
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans
• Review and approve seasonal menus for adequacy
• Educate residents and families on nutrition topics
