Registered Dietitian in Long-Term Care

As part of Seasons Care, you will support Seniors across Canada by making impactful nutritional decisions. This role emphasizes strong teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration while prioritizing the well-being of both Residents and staff. You will be responsible for managing residents’ dietary needs and enhancing the overall dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and monitor nutritional risks for all Residents
• Complete RAI assessments on schedule
• Develop personalized nutrition care plans
• Accompany Residents and families in dietary interventions
• Conduct swallowing assessments as required
