Esdevco Realty Corporation is looking for a licensed Electrical Engineer to be assigned at our Matina Enclaves Project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, supervision, inspection, and maintenance of electrical systems across residential and common areas.

Qualification Guidelines

Minimum Education:

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering
• Licensed Electrical Engineer

Minimum Experience:

• At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, property management, or building maintenance

Special Skills:

• Computer literate (MS Office, AutoCAD or similar software)
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Resource planning and coordination skills
