Registered Guidance Counselor

Job Summary:

The Guidance Counselor provides professional assistance to students in making informed academic, personal, and career‑related decisions. He/She oversees the implementation and coordination of the approved guidance services and programs, delivers private counseling sessions, evaluates students' abilities and potential, and collaborates with teachers, parents, and other professionals to address student concerns and support their overall well‑being and development.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling.
• Has a valid PRC license as Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC).
• With at least three years of experience in a related field of expertise.
• With training certification/s related to skills and active membership in a professional organization.
• Available to commit immediately.
• Willing to report in Mabalacat, Pampanga.
