Registered Guidance-School Counselor

Registered Guidance-School Counselor primarily responsible for the management and coordination of activities related to the provision of guidance and counseling services for the holistic development of students as well as testing, diagnosis, and assessment of both students and incoming employees of the institution.

Qualifications

• Education: A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, with Certification or Registered Psychologist or Registered Guidance Counselor.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience working in educational settings with diverse student populations is preferred, but we also accept newly registered Psychologist or RGC with OJT experience.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using counseling and educational software are essential.
