Licensed Mechanical Engineer – Facilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of mechanical systems (HVAC, pumps, generators, plumbing, fire protection)
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is safe and efficient
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations
• Prepare reports, plans, and maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and management
